Our new website is live

New look, more to explore: our Moodle plugins, the solutions they build together and the stories behind them. Have a look – and tell us what you think.

Today we are launching our new website. It looks different, but the bigger change is what it is built around: not single plugins, but the question what can your Moodle do when the right plugins work together?

Many of you use more than one of our plugins – Dash on the dashboard, Designer in the course, Pulse for reminders, Skills to make progress visible. The old website explained each of them on its own. The new one also shows how they connect, and what that means for learners, teachers and administrators.

What's new

18 products, one clear structure. Every product page now follows the same pattern: key features, use cases, a feature table that compares all plans side by side, and a Tech & compliance section with supported Moodle versions, privacy and accessibility. Whether you are evaluating a plugin or already use it, the answers should be in one place.

Solutions and showcases. Seven solution areas – from onboarding and compliance to gamification and course design – show which plugins solve a typical task. Showcases go one step further: real scenarios such as an onboarding programme with automatic reminders or a course world with avatars and level maps, including which plugins and plans they use.

Stories from everyday learning. Our use cases and showcases follow fictional organisations – a software company, a service provider, a university – through situations inspired by what we see with our customers every day.

Design Studio. Level maps, learning paths, avatars, badges and more – many of them free – are now collected in one place, with a preview of every level and every state.

Videos and news in one place. Feature videos, how-tos and webinar recordings live in a video library you can filter by plugin. Release notes now show every change with screenshots, so you can see at a glance what a new version brings.

What stays the same

bdecent.io remains the home of our Product Hubs: join the hubs for the plugins you use, and we will let you know by email about new releases, webinars and design packages.

Our partner network keeps growing: the new partners page shows Moodle Partners and agencies who work with our plugins – and how to become one. Documentation and support remain where you know them, in the Help Center and with our support team.

Coming up next

Try it yourself – without setting anything up. Soon our product pages will take you straight into a ready-made Moodle sandbox for that plugin. Log in with one click as a teacher or a learner, explore the plugin, change settings or build your own course – the sandbox resets regularly, so you cannot break anything. The showcases will get their own demo courses, so you can experience a scenario from different perspectives. Everything will start on our demo page, where you can already book a guided demo with our team.

We'd love your feedback

A website is never finished, and some corners will still need polishing. If something is unclear, missing or does not work the way you expect, please tell us – your feedback helps us more than any analytics report.

Thank you to everyone who has used, tested and challenged our plugins over the years. Much of what you see here started with a question from one of you.
